Specialty: Hospitalist (Internal Medicine)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Start Date: 1/4/2027
Coverage: Ongoing vacancy coverage
Schedule: 7a-7p, 12-hour day shifts
Setting: Inpatient Hospitalist Service
Trauma Level: 1
EMR: AllScripts
Clinical Details
Closed ICU
Average starting census: 15-16 patients
Maximum of 2 admissions per shift
Adult patients only
No procedures noted
No resident/fellow interaction
APP and RN support available
Real-time charting expected
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO
BC or BE Internal Medicine
ACLS required
Must hold an active license (client cannot wait for licensing)
No APP supervision required

Low admission burden (max 2 admissions)
