Full-Time & Permanent
- Hospitalist role with teaching responsibilities
- BE/BC Internal Medicine
- 520-bed academic medical center
- 17-19 shifts per month (non-block scheduling model)
- Patient Census: Average 14-16 patients per shift (cap 18-20)
- ICU Model: Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist coverage
- Hospitalists manage rapid responses
- Intensivists lead code situations and ICU care
- 25+ Hospitalists in a collaborative, team-based model
- Ideal for physicians interested in Academic Hospital Medicine careers
