Highlights $250,000"$265,000+ base salary Bonus potential Sign-on bonus available Full-time Nocturnist Hospitalist position 7 on / 7 off 7pm - 7am Physician-led organization Collaborative care team with strong case management support Comprehensive health, dental & vision benefits 401(k) Generous PTO, paid holidays & CME time CME and license reimbursement Leadership and advancement opportunities What You'll Do Admit and manage adult inpatient admissions during overnight shifts Evaluate new admissions and initiate treatment plans in a timely manner Provide comprehensive overnight inpatient care, including admissions, cross-coverage, and urgent clinical issues Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, case management, and the daytime hospitalist team Complete documentation, orders, and detailed sign-out to ensure continuity of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help mentor Advanced Practice Providers and trainees as appropriate Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or applicable specialty Active California medical license Must have BLS Active DEA (or eligible to obtain) Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Ready to join a practice that supports its physicians while enjoying everything Southern California has to offer?
