Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join an established Hospital Medicine team. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on work-life balance and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage patients in a 4-bed open ICU.
- Participate in overnight coverage as needed.
- Perform procedures based on individual comfort and experience; procedures are not required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital standards.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
