This exciting locum tenens opportunity involves both day and night shifts, offering a blend of onsite care and telestroke services. Collaborate with an NP/PA during the day and work independently by night, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

- Schedule: 9-hour day shifts onsite from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; 15-hour night shifts from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM onsite, then telestroke
- Patient Population: Neurological
- Location: Springfield, OR
- Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates
- Weekly direct deposit
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Supportive credentialing assistance
- Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
- Provide comprehensive inpatient neurological care including rounding and admissions
- Work daytime shifts collaboratively with an NP/PA
- Conduct solo night shifts as a telestroke provider, returning onsite for stroke alerts when needed
- Ensure high-quality patient outcomes in every interaction
- Valid MD/DO license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent clinical experience in a relevant field, reflected by logs of patient care or completion of a hospital-affiliated program
- Proficient with EPIC EMR system
- 9-hour shifts, days from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 15-hour shifts, nights from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM onsite, transitioning to telestroke
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff and patient interactions
