What You ll Do:

• Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy 30-bed ER with approximately 55,000 annual patient visits
• Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams
• Participate in teaching and mentorship for residents and fellows
• Engage with child life specialists and pediatric social workers to optimize patient care
• Contribute to seamless inpatient and outpatient care transitions with pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams
• Utilize full scribe support to enhance efficiency
• Work in a dynamic environment that fosters continuous learning and growth

What You Need:

• Active and valid medical license in Nevada
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Recent inpatient experience in pediatrics
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
