HOSPITALIST WISCONSIN UP TO $397K 14 SHIFTS/MONTH

Join a well-established, physician-led nonprofit hospital in Wisconsin where you can enjoy a predictable Hospitalist schedule, manageable patient volume and a collaborative clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician seeking a rewarding community-based practice with strong support and access to remote specialty resources.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Hospitalist MD or DO
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
• 14 twelve-hour shifts per month, working 7am 7pm
• APPs cover from 7pm 7am
• Shared weekend and holiday rotation
• Average daily census of approximately 11 patients
• Adult and general inpatient pediatric care Including eICU
• No procedures required
• Strong nursing and ancillary support
• Remote specialty support available
• 24/7 diagnostic and laboratory services

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Up to $397,000/year + benefits, W2, based on experience and contract fulfillment
• Negotiable sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance
• Additional incentives for extra shifts and holidays
• Attractive CME allowance

• 6% retirement match plus a 457(f) and 457(b)

THE PRACTICE

This is a locally controlled, nonprofit community hospital offering Hospitalists the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum medicine in a collaborative environment. The hospital provides a range of medical and surgical services and works closely with regional specialists and telemedicine resources to support patients when additional expertise is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics
• Wisconsin medical license or eligibility
• BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Comfortable practicing in a community hospital setting with remote specialty support
• H-1B and J-1 sponsorship is not available
