Job Details
Seeking a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical oversight and deliver direct patient care across skilled nursing facilities in Broadview Heights, OH. You will work with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients, provide clinical leadership within assigned facilities, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Provide attending physician coverage at local skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with NPs and PAs on patient evaluations, care plans, and transitions
- Oversee clinical decision-making, quality of care, and documentation within facilities
- Maintain timely, accurate medical records and communicate with facility staff and families
- Participate in performance reviews and quality initiatives as required
Schedule and Workload
- Part-time; typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
- No fixed daily start/end times; no call and no overnight shifts
- Average 18-25 visits per day
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation

Qualifications
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
