What You ll Do:
  • Provide pediatric hospitalist coverage during scheduled shifts and on call for emergencies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
  • Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans within your scope of practice
  • Document clinical encounters accurately within the electronic health records
  • Support weekend and holiday care coverage on a scheduled basis
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need:
  • Valid medical license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
  • Prior pediatric hospitalist or inpatient pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle call responsibilities effectively
