- Experience: Prior pediatric hospitalist experience preferred

- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide inpatient pediatric care during scheduled weekends
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop patient treatment plans
- Monitor and assess pediatric patients and coordinate care transitions
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team members
- Respond to urgent pediatric cases during on-call shifts
Required:
- Valid Medical License in Texas
- Certification in Pediatric Medicine (preferred)
- Prior hospitalist or inpatient pediatric experience
Preferred:
- Pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
