Summary:
Hospital is needing inpatient Pediatric hospitalist locum coverage for the below urgent Oct dates. Admit patients from the ER and cover patients admitted to the hospitalist services. Coverage is needed as of Oct but the need is long term.

Rates (if you are submitting rates different from the request below, please clear with AM)

Callback

24 hour call (to include 4 hours gratis)

Average Callback 4-6 per day

If you have a provider that can cover the below dates but is requesting a higher rate please email me.

Tier 1: Hourly/Callback: $250; 24 hour call: $2,400; Night call: $1000 and below

Tier 2: Hourly/Callback: $251-$280; 24 hour call: $2,401-$2,700; Night call: $1001-1100

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Start date: Oct 22

Dates of coverage:
Oct 22(4am)-Oct 22(7am)
Oct 22(7am)-Nov 1(7am)
Nov 1(7am)- Nov 2(4am) First stretch of dates start at 4am for handoff, all other shifts start and end at 7am
Shift times: 24 hour shift (shift hand off typically occurs at 4am or 4pm)

Shifts per month: 10-15

Duration: One year

Facility Location: CHI ST. Alexius Health, Williston, ND

Setting: Inpatient 24 hours/Pediatric hospitalist coverage

FTE: 1.0

Duties: Coverage of all newborn births, pediatric admissions and rounds/care for admitted hospital patients.

Patient Volume: It depends on the day and season, we average 2-4 neonates per day and 1-2 inpatient peds patients. During RSV and cold season the number can be a little higher.

Days per month: 6-10 days is a normal schedule
