What You ll Do

• Provide inpatient medical care to hospital patients under the supervision of physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and execute appropriate interventions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in shift change reports and communicate patient status effectively
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
• Contribute to a high standard of patient safety and quality care during night coverage

What You NeedRequired:

• NY State Physician Assistant license
• Prior hospitalist or inpatient care experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Experience with acute patient management
