About NYU Langone Hospital–Long Island
NYU Langone Hospital–Long Island is a 591-bed, university-affiliated medical center and Level 1 Trauma Center. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join our expanding academic hospital medicine program.
Position Highlights
- Inpatient hospitalist practice within a nationally recognized academic health system
- Opportunities to teach residents and medical students from Grossman Long Island School of Medicine
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment
- Participation in quality improvement, clinical innovation, and scholarly activities
- Opportunities to participate in the Home Hospital Program and Attending-Only Service
- Leadership development opportunities within the Division of Hospital Medicine
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Interest in medical education and academic medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Research or scholarly interests welcomed
