Hospitalist Physician

Seeking BE/BC Hospitalist for a full-time daytime rounding position in Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region.

Practice & Schedule

• Focus on rounding and discharges; a separate team handles admissions.
• Average census about 17 patients; no required procedures and closed ICUs with continuous intensivist coverage.
• 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; 15 shifts monthly/180 annually, arranged in flexible blocks rather than mandatory seven-on/seven-off.
• Schedules published three months ahead; shift trades and additional work available.
• Lead codes and rapid responses; collaborate with APPs, teach trainees and use Epic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Experience-based per-shift salary, $20,000 sign-on and relocation up to $15,000.
• Extra shifts beyond 180 receive base pay plus $400; quality incentives up to 10% of base.
