This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Facility Location
Polacca is a tiny, close-knit community in Navajo County, which contains parts of the Hopi Indian reservation, Navajo Nation and the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. The area is rich in Native American history. Visitors will want to check out the national parks and forests of the region to marvel at their natural splendor. Petrified Forest National Park offers spectacular views of colorful petrified wood, while the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest is a verdant and beautiful forest that is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and camping.

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 7:30am-7:30pm; 11/7-11/12, 11/28-12/5, 12/12-12/17, and 12/27-1/31/27
- Total census per provider per shift: 1
- Procedures required: Admit, manage, discharge, consult, and transfer inpatients
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): RPMS
- Support: None
- Certifications and license required: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) strongly recommended
- Credentialing timeframe: 45 days
