Envision is seeking an experienced full-time Nocturnist Hospitalist to join the team at Medical City Arlington in Arlington, Texas. This opportunity the chance to practice at a nationally recognized hospital ranked among Healthgrades' Top 100 Hospitals and recognized for delivering high-quality, complex patient care across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Compensation & Schedule Highlights Competitive compensation with hourly rate or RVU compensation, whichever is greater each month W2 employment status Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, CME stipend, and 401(k) with company contribution 7-on/7-off schedule Round-and-go model APP support overnight Hospital Medicine Program Overview Dedicated Nocturnist Hospitalist position Nocturnist responsible for admissions Experienced Hospitalists only; residents will not be considered High-acuity community hospital serving the greater Dallas-Fort Worth region Coverage Model Dedicated APP coverage at night APPs manage cross-cover calls No procedures required No code responsibilities No Rapid Response responsibilities Collaborative physician and APP practice environment Specialty Backup 493-bed acute care hospital More than 1,100 physicians on medical staff Level II Trauma Center Comprehensive Stroke Center Advanced cardiology, neurology, orthopedic, and women's services Level III NICU Broad specialty and subspecialty support Regional referral center serving Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, and surrounding communities - Arlington, TX
