Lead a Hospital Medicine Program | Atlanta Metro
GEORGIA
- Step Into Leadership: Direct an established hospital medicine program at a 300+ bed community hospital in the Atlanta metro area
- Enjoy a Leadership-Focused Schedule: Monday–Friday day shifts in this fully staffed facility, with approximately 80% administrative responsibilities and 20% clinical practice (about three shifts monthly)
- Make a Measurable Impact: Drive patient throughput, discharge efficiency, case management, quality metrics, and operational performance
- Lead an Established Team: Oversee a fully staffed physician program with a closed ICU model and strong specialty support
- Shape Future Growth: Partner with hospital and regional leadership to strengthen physician engagement, improve outcomes, and advance program performance
