Job Details

We're looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in the St. Charles, Missouri area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of post-acute and long-term care patients. You'll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care, while providing clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.

Where you could work
  • Local openings in Columbia, Doniphan, Springfield, and Strafford, Missouri.
  • Additional opportunities nationwide in GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI.

What the role looks like
  • Part-time schedule, typically covering each facility 1-2 days per week.
  • No fixed daily start or end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities.
  • Expect to see 18-25 patients per day.
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply.
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient charting and communication.

Qualifications we're looking for
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, solid clinical judgment, and a genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
