Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities in the Toledo, Ohio area. This part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role offers flexible scheduling, supportive colleagues, and the chance to directly impact the health and comfort of post-acute and long-term care residents. You'll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, providing clinical oversight and leadership within assigned facilities.

What you'll do
  • Serve local skilled nursing facilities on a part-time basis (typically 1-2 days per facility each week).
  • Provide comprehensive, patient-focused care in collaboration with advanced practice clinicians.
  • Offer clinical leadership and make key medical decisions for residents.
  • Complete 18-25 patient visits per day with no overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities.
  • Use a company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation and communication.

What we're looking for
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license-or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
