Job Details
We're looking for a compassionate Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities in and around East Jordan, Michigan. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients. You'll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, offering clinical oversight and partnering to deliver patient-centered care across assigned facilities.

- Additional openings are available nationwide in GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI.
What the role looks like
- Part-time coverage of skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per week at each site)
- No fixed start/end times and no overnight shifts
- No on-call responsibilities
- Expect to see approximately 18-25 patients per day
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply
- Company provides an iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
