Job Details
Join a team providing compassionate, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities in and around Coulterville, IL. This part-time role offers flexibility, a collaborative environment, and the chance to lead clinical care while working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. You'll oversee care in assigned facilities and help ensure excellent outcomes for post-acute and long-term care patients.

Where you may work
- Current Illinois opportunities include Carlinville, Casey, Flanagan, Galesburg, Hillsboro, Macomb, Marshall, Mascoutah, Paris, and Springfield.
- Additional openings nationwide in Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
What the schedule looks like
- Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1-2 days per week at each site.
- No fixed start or end times, no call responsibilities, and no overnight shifts.
- Expect approximately 18-25 visits per day.
- Scheduling is designed to support an excellent work-life balance.
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation.

Basic requirements
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license-or eligibility for licensure.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
- A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.
