Job Details

We're looking for a caring, hands-on Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities in Gallaway and Tiptonville, Tennessee. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and a real chance to improve the care of post-acute and long-term patients.

In this role you'll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care while offering clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned facilities.

Where we have opportunities
  • Local coverage in Gallaway and Tiptonville, TN
  • Additional openings across the country in GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, and WI

What the role looks like
  • Part-time schedule; physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
  • No fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
  • Average of 18-25 patient visits per day
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation
  • Schedule flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

What we're looking for
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
