Job Details

We're looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Twin City, Georgia. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients. You'll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care and provide clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities. Additional facility opportunities are available in Bainbridge and Jesup, GA, and there are openings nationwide in states including IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI.

What you can expect
  • Part-time schedule with coverage typically 1-2 days per week at each facility
  • No fixed daily start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
  • Patient load of roughly 18-25 visits per day
  • A flexible schedule that supports work-life balance
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

What we're looking for
  • MD or DO with an active unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
