Job Details
We are hiring a Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical leadership and deliver direct patient care across skilled nursing facilities in Traverse City, Michigan.

Scope of practice
- Provide attending-level care for post-acute and long-term care patients in local skilled nursing facilities.
- Partner with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage panels, oversee care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Typical coverage: 1-2 days per week at each facility; 18-25 patient visits per day.
- No overnight shifts, no call responsibilities, and no fixed start/end times.
Locations
- Primary: Traverse City, MI.
- Additional facility opportunities: Escanaba and Howell, MI; also openings in KS, MO, NC, and WI.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligible for licensure.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
