Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Howell, Michigan. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to improve outcomes for post-acute and long-term care patients.
You will lead clinical care in assigned facilities, working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered management and oversight.

Locations
- Primary: Howell, Michigan
- Additional opportunities: Escanaba and Traverse City, MI; sites in Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, and Wisconsin

- Full-time position covering local skilled nursing facilities
- Physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
- No fixed daily start/end times; flexible scheduling
- No call duties and no overnight shifts
- Typical caseload: 18-25 visits per day

Requirements
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
