We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Howell, Michigan. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to improve outcomes for post-acute and long-term care patients.

You will lead clinical care in assigned facilities, working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered management and oversight.

Locations
  • Primary: Howell, Michigan
  • Additional opportunities: Escanaba and Traverse City, MI; sites in Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, and Wisconsin

Requirements
  • MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
