- Primary: Escanaba, Michigan
- Additional facility opportunities: Howell and Traverse City, MI; Kansas; Missouri; North Carolina; Wisconsin
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered medical care and clinical oversight across assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with NPs and PAs for care planning and follow-up
- Lead clinical quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
- Complete documentation and communicate with facility staff and families
Schedule and clinical workload
- Full-time, flexible scheduling
- Typical coverage: each facility 1-2 days per week
- No fixed daily start/end times; no call; no overnight shifts
- Average 18-25 patient visits per day
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation

Qualifications
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
