Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Owen, WI. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, collaborative practice with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and the opportunity to lead clinical care for post-acute and long-term care patients.

Locations:
  • Primary: Owen, WI
  • Additional facility opportunities: Florence, Kenosha, and Montello, WI
  • Nationwide openings in select states: GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN

What you'll do:
  • Provide patient-centered medical oversight and direct care in skilled nursing settings
  • Collaborate with NPs/PAs to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
  • Serve as clinical leader within assigned facilities, supporting best practices and quality outcomes

Schedule and practice model:
  • Part-time coverage (typically 1-2 days per facility per week)
  • No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities
  • Average 18-25 patient visits per day
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation
  • Flexible schedule that supports work-life balance
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
