Arizona post acute care facility is seeking a Medical Director to join their team. Nested at 5200 feet above sea level, this community has an average temperature of 70 degrees, four distinct seasons, and offers a wide variety of outdoors activities.

4 day work week. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs. Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies. Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations. 90 minutes to Phoenix, 4 hours to Vegas. Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $274,000 to $307,000 annually and no cap on productivity income potential.
