Job Details
Seeking a full-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical leadership and deliver patient-centered care across local skilled nursing facilities in Howell, Michigan. Collaborative role supervising and partnering with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients.

- Primary: Howell, Michigan
- Additional facility opportunities: Escanaba and Traverse City, MI; opportunities also available in KS, MO, NC, and WI
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site attending physician services at assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Oversee and collaborate with NPs/PAs on patient management, care plans, and clinical decisions
- Conduct 18-25 patient visits per day; typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
- Serve as clinical resource and leader within facilities; ensure high-quality, compassionate care
- Maintain timely documentation using company-provided iPad with LTE
Schedule:
- Full-time with flexible scheduling
- No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, no on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
