Job Details
Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Cincinnati, Ohio. In this full-time role you'll serve as the attending physician and clinical leader at assigned facilities, working closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term patients.

What the role looks like
- Typical schedule is highly flexible-physicians usually cover each facility 1-2 days per week with no fixed start/end times.
- No overnight shifts and no call responsibilities.
- Expect to see roughly 18-25 patients per day while focusing on efficient, comprehensive visits.
- New graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensure are welcome to apply.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
