Job Details
We are seeking a Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Sulphur, Louisiana. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to improve outcomes for post-acute and long-term care patients.
You will collaborate with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.

Position highlights
- Part-time schedule covering local skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per week per site)
- No fixed daily start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
- Average 18-25 patient visits per day

Requirements
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
